If you request a cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled date, we will request a cancellation of the credit card transaction from your credit card company. The credit card company will then cancel the charge on your credit card or directly deposit the refund amount into your account.
Please understand that our product is consulting service, which is intangible and also that the time slot for consulting is very limited. We start researching for consulting from the moment we receive the reservation. We have to do a lot of pre-work to effectively convey the things that need to be mentioned during the short time we promised you. If you cancel the reservation before the scheduled consulting time, we will not be compensated for our efforts.
Therefore, if a reservation is canceled with fewer than 7 days remaining until the scheduled date, we will not provide a refund. Instead, we will allow the customer to reschedule for a more convenient time.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
